Job summary

Estes Express Lines is hiring maintenance technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers, inspect and diagnose equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

High School Diploma or GED, 17+, one year experience or trade school, ability to use hand tools and test equipment, and owning tools are required.

You must lift up to 70 lbs, be willing to work nights/weekends, read manuals, and pass pre-employment drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and service equipment
• Complete safety inspections and FMCSA-required documentation
• Interpret work orders and technical manuals
• Repair or replace defective parts and systems
• Test equipment after service to ensure compliance with specifications
