Novae LLC in Markle, IN is seeking a Wet Coat Painter to join our paint team. This full-time role paints and washes trailers, upholds safety, and contributes to fast-paced production with quality results.

You will read work orders, perform quality inspections, and maintain an organized work area while using PPE. Ability to lift 80 pounds and work 10-hour shifts with overtime is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
• Capable of self-managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint and wash trailers to quality standards in a fast-paced team setting.
• Read and understand work orders and production instructions.
• Perform final quality checks and inspections as directed.
• Daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; follow PPE requirements.
