Job summary

Formula Trailers in McGregor, TX is seeking Assembly team members to build quality trailers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will follow work orders, use power tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace; 10-hour shifts with potential overtime; pre-employment background check.

Eligible applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to lift 80 pounds; benefits include health, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• 10-hour shifts with possible overtime.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Self-directed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by using PPE and rated tools; keep workspace clean and organized.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate power tools and machinery on the assembly line.
• Read and follow work orders and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and complete final inspection sheets as directed.
• Inspect equipment daily before shift to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Assemble trailers (axle, wire, deck) as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
