LOOK TRAILERS in El Mirage, AZ is seeking an Assembler for enclosed trailers with heavy assembly responsibilities. The role starts hourly during training and transitions to piece-rate after training completion.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be responsible for quality assembly of trailers while maintaining a clean workspace. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 80 pounds, and willingness to work 10-hour shifts with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent demonstrated skills.
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination with ability to safely lift 80 pounds.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
• Able to work in a self-directed way to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal safety with PPE and工具 and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate power tools and machinery on the assembly line effectively.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and inspections via final inspection sheets.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections before shift startup for safety and efficiency.
• Assemble axles, wire, decks, and inspect trailers as assigned.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
