Qualifications

• Deep understanding of EUV lithography and its differences from DUV.
• Required 10 years experience in semiconductor process related to lithography.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead pathfinding activities for new patterning technology.
• Identify applications for EUV or High NA EUV and develop implementation plans.
• Travel to support early learning for high NA EUV as needed.
