Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise seeks an EUV Photolithography Engineer to lead development, optimization, and sustainment of EUV processes for advanced DRAM nodes.

You will ensure process stability, improve yield and throughput, and enable data-driven improvements across cross-functional teams in a high-volume fab. The role requires strong background in photolithography, SPC, DOE, and AI-assisted analytics, with a track record of improving process control and tool performance in demanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemical Engineering with 4+ years in semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven SPC and excursion management in high-volume manufacturing
• Understanding of photolithography: CD, overlay, defectivity, process window control
• Strong analytical skills with statistical analysis, DOE, regression, root-cause methodologies
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools (LLMs/AI assistants) for data analysis or productivity improvements

Responsibilities

• Own EUV lithography processes and scanner fleets to ensure stable HVM performance
• Lead rapid response to excursions: containment, root cause, wafer disposition, CAPA
• Collaborate with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Metrology to align priorities and optimize output
• Drive continuous improvement of process capability, yield, and equipment productivity via DOE and data analytics
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions to enhance process optimization and engineering productivity
