Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years post‑degree in semiconductor lithography process engineering.
• MS/PhD with 3+ years post‑graduate experience in semiconductor lithography process engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex process problems using structured, data-driven approaches.
• Strong communication and project management skills, and ability to work across disciplines.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive EUV lithography process development and sustainment for advanced technology nodes in a manufacturing environment.
• Innovate design, layout, and photolithography techniques; review literature for IP opportunities and disclosures.
• Lead root-cause analysis of CDU, overlay, stochastic, and defectivity issues affecting yield and line performance.
• Develop and optimize process windows, scanner jobs, and metrology strategies to meet performance targets.
• Partner with equipment, metrology, materials, etch, and integration teams to deliver high-yield EUV processes.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to evaluate and qualify new technologies for processing challenges.
• Use data-driven methods to analyze large datasets and translate results into actionable improvements.
• Document and communicate complex technical results clearly to peers and leadership.
