Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an EUV Lithography Pathfinding Engineer in Boise, Idaho. The candidate will evaluate advanced lithography techniques and collaborate with teams to define roadmap requirements for next-generation memory. Essential qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D. related to Photolithography and a strong understanding of EUV lithography. Qualifications

• Strong semiconductor pathfinding skills in R&D specific to High NA EUV.
• Ability to define and drive roadmaps internally and with vendor partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead pathfinding activities for new patterning technology.
• Develop EUV modules and set up lithography processes.
• Partner with defect inspection teams to develop inspection strategies.

Skills

Deep understanding of EUV lithography

Technical understanding of multiple patterning processes

Experience with photolithography simulation software

Statistical data analysis capability

Education

M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics

B.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics with 15 years experience
