Job summary

• Proven track record in enterprise marketing technology or high-volume messaging systems.
• Experience navigating technical and legal dependencies for compliant system performance.
• Ability to translate complex architecture into scalable operational workflows for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience owning end-to-end support/triage functions for a shared internal platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational roadmap for interdependent platform systems, ensuring high availability across email infrastructure and analytics pipelines.
• Lead data modeling, identity resolution, and compliance enforcement workflows with engineering, legal, and marketing teams.
• Manage global configurations to ensure stability and cross-functional alignment on legal requirements.
• Own incident response for platform reliability events, delivering fast resolutions under time pressure.
• Operationalize legal/compliance requirements into automated enforcement cycles across markets.
• Evolve the platform’s preference center and data-extract pipelines with analytics teams.
• Oversee global suppression strategy, including data extension logic and governance.
• Define escalation paths and self-serve docs for Data Cloud, consent, and email platform questions.
• Present platform roadmap and dependencies to senior leadership with clear narratives.
