The Lead System Specialist will drive incident response, governance, and global changes, partnering with legal, data, and regional marketing teams to ensure reliability and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in platform operations or systems engineering.
• Proven track record in enterprise marketing technology or data platforms.
• Ability to navigate technical and legal dependencies for stable, compliant systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational roadmap for interdependent platform systems ensuring high availability.
• Lead data modeling and identity resolution workflows for scalable ops.
• Ensure stability and compliance by aligning legal, data, and regional teams.
• Own incident response for platform reliability and compliance events.
• Operationalize legal/compliance requirements into automated enforcement cycles.
• Maintain and evolve Salesforce Data Cloud data extract pipelines and suppression strategies.
