The Software Engineering TRAIL Operations Specialist role includes product management, AI development, quality engineering, and business analysis, with mentorship and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of SQL, C#, .NET, Git, Angular, and JavaScript libraries.
• Excel in a team-oriented environment; present ideas clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and ability to adapt and learn.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and unit tests; develop mockups and production-ready features.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist leadership with analyses.
• Attend training, attain certifications, and participate in multiple functions.
• Collaborate with operations staff and senior leadership on value-add strategies.
• Contribute to business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
