Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Knowledge of SQL to write queries, joins, aggregations.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process improvements.
• Contribute to data asset development, data platform, and BI strategy initiatives.
• Participate in training and certification programs and rotations across functions.
• Develop foundational leadership, presentation and process-improvement skills for future management roles.
