Newrez invites recent graduates to join the TRAIL program, a 12-month rotational leadership development track designed to build practical leadership and management skills. You’ll receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and a competitive salary with benefits as a full-time employee.

The TRAIL Operations Specialist role covers diverse areas including Operations Support, Government Insuring, Post Funding, and Quality Review, beginning July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong Excel and Tableau proficiency; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to gain knowledge for potential promotion to management.
• Conduct business analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Engage in training and shadow different functions to understand policies and practices.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project delivery.
• Attend training classes and pursue required certifications.
• Support various functions to build leadership capabilities.
