Responsibilities

• Support the mortgage origination process with data pulls, report generation, and basic analysis under supervision.
• Learn SQL and data visualization to build simple reports and dashboards.
• Assist in gathering requirements and documenting BI reporting specifications.
• Perform quality checks on data outputs and reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Engage in duties to gain knowledge for potential promotion to management.
• Conduct business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Attend trainings and develop cross-functional knowledge and certifications.
• Champion Process Improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
