TRAIL Operations Specialists are full-time employees who gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to Loan Transfers, Operational Support, and Data Integrity.

You’ll rotate through areas, validate data, perform audits, support documentation, and help drive process improvements while building leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate loan-level data.
• Perform pre and post transfer audits.
• Ensure complete documentation and image delivery.
• Investigate root causes for operational issues detected.
• Assist with duties to gain knowledge for future management position.
• Participate in business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Attend training classes and attain certifications.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
