Job summary

One More Child in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Advocate and Case Manager. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; on-call duties for 24/7 emergencies.
• Experience working with exploited persons.
• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches while assisting survivors.
• Two years of experience working with exploited persons.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field case management, including assessment, planning, advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Coordinate health, mental health, and clinical services as needed for clients.
• Coordinate emergency legal and justice system assistance for victims.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely continuum of care.
• Develop relationships with law enforcement, housing authorities, and health providers.
• Complete documentation for funding entities, courts, and referral sources.
• Be available for on-call work, including nights and weekends.
