A leading non-profit social services provider in New Jersey is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Advocate/Case Manager. This role involves providing services to victims of human trafficking, case management, and collaboration with partners to ensure comprehensive care. A Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience are required. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred. Qualifications

• 2+ years providing direct social services to victims of violence and/or trauma.
• Experience working one-on-one with individuals in crisis.
• Completion of 60-hour New Jersey State CSVA & DVRT training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate outreach to identify domestic victims of human trafficking.
• Provide case management, advocacy, and crisis counseling.
• Collaborate with external partners for continuum of care.
