Job summary

One More Child is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Team Coordinator to join the Raleigh-Durham area team. The role focuses on creating a comprehensive system of care for survivors, coordinating across clinical and social service providers, and ensuring trauma-informed, survivor-centered support for victims up to age 28.

The coordinator will supervise no direct staff but will guide volunteer services, document progress for funding sources, and collaborate with clinicians and mentors to meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in social work, Human Services or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in trauma victim services.
• Experience providing direct care and coordinated services to survivors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assessments are trauma-informed and culturally competent.
• Provide initial care management and coordinate clinical services as needed.
• Coordinate volunteer scheduling and monitoring.
• Coordinate emergency legal assistance related to family violence cases.
• Engage service providers and stakeholders to support victims/survivors.
• Provide staff training on trauma-informed care practices.
