Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call readiness.
• Experience working with exploited persons.
• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches when working with survivors/victims.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field case management, including assessment, planning, advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Coordinate health safety needs and mental health/clinical services for clients.
• Assist with emergency legal and justice system processes as needed.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely continuum of care.
• Build relationships with community and government entities to aid survivors.
• Complete required documentation for funding sources and courts.
• Be available for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Possess reliable transportation for confidential field meetings.
• Perform additional duties as program needs require.
