AWP Safety, Inc. is hiring Protectors to work at traffic sites across our service areas. No experience or degree is required; we provide training and support to help you build a career in traffic management.

You will set up cones and signs, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, perform safety checks, and stay alert to changing conditions. Shifts may include nights or weekends, and safety gear is provided while steel-toe boots are your responsibility.

Qualifications

• No experience or degree is required.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test (safety-sensitive role).
• Must stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades and take down traffic control equipment.
• Use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor job site activity.
• Follow safety rules and training provided by AWP Safety.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor to coordinate movements.
• Help keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.

Connaissances
