Job summary

TERRA Engineering, Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Program Lead to oversee a variety of traffic-related and engineering projects. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with client teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to QC/QA standards.

The role emphasizes technical proficiency with business development, recruiting, and staff development responsibilities. A PTOE certification is strongly preferred and a professional engineering license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline.
• 8+ years of applicable engineering experience; PM experience preferred.
• Professional Licensure preferred; PTOE certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project Kick-off meetings and convey scope, tasks, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to meet requirements.
• Monitor financial performance and update staffing to meet goals.
• Prepare design documents and analyses across project types/sizes.
• Contribute to marketing/business development and staff development efforts.
