Job summary

Terracon in the United States is seeking an experienced project manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects. You will ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients, vendors and staff.

You will develop project plans, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risk, and lead safety efforts while communicating status to the client and team. Experience with APR coordination and invoicing is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of related experience, or 9 years without a degree.
Strong project management and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of safety practices and compliance in field projects.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a small to medium size engineering project to meet scope and budget.
Define project scope, schedule, and budget with the client or NAM.
Develop and implement a project plan and monitor progress against the plan.
Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with the safety plan.
Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and external contractors.
Prepare reports and communicate project status to the client and team.
Coordinate with APR and accounting for oversight, invoicing, and collections.
