Job summary

Terracon in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects through planning, execution, and closeout. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will communicate progress via reports, set priorities, and guide project staff to meet milestones. Strong leadership and risk management are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology with 5+ years of related experience, or 9 years without a degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facilities, environmental, or geotechnical projects to ensure safe, on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Monitor progress against plan; troubleshoot and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Prepare reports, set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with APR and accounting for oversight, invoicing, and collections.
• Lead safety efforts, develop risk awareness, and promote continuous quality improvement on projects.
