Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC, a nationally recognized multidisciplinary firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead traffic analysis assignments and supervise production. You will partner with executives to pursue transportation planning contracts and manage study design and deliverables.

The role requires PE licensure, 7+ years in traffic engineering, and strong leadership. On-site Florida work with opportunities to mentor staff and influence local traffic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• PTOE preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of traffic studies and design plans including infrastructure, traffic signal, roadway lighting, signing, pavement marking, construction sequencing, and traffic control plans.
• Serve as Project Manager for traffic operations contracts, managing objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports such as traffic impact analyses.
• Coordinate with clients and attend project meetings; provide testimony at hearings.
• Supervise engineers and staff; mentor team members and pursue new business.
