The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, reviewing agreements, and contributing to business development while mentoring junior staff. The position emphasizes strong technical ability with awareness of financial and marketing aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline.
• 8+ years of applicable engineering experience.
• PTOE Certification strongly preferred; Professional Licensure preferred; Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal development and interviews for a range of project sizes and types.
• Lead kick-off meetings and convey scope, tasks, and budgets to the team.
• Develop project schedules with clients and stakeholders to align with delivery goals.
• Monitor financial performance and staffing to meet budget targets.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance across documentation and deliverables.
• Support business development and recruiting activities as needed.
