Qualifications

• High School + 1+ years experience in traffic monitoring or related fields.
• Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect and report traffic incidents on Nebraska roadways.
• Coordinate and dispatch incident response crews in a safe, timely manner.
• Detect, confirm, and track equipment failures affecting control room operations.
• Coordinate with local, regional, and statewide stakeholders to provide incident information and status.
• Inform first responders of traffic incidents and assist with lane closures and detours.
• Coordinate incidents with local municipalities for resolution and information dissemination.
