Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Control Room Data Analyst - Auditor to support a 24/7/365 traffic operations program in Omaha, Nebraska. The role collects and analyzes data from diverse sources to measure programming and performance, delivering insights to drive continuous program improvements.

Responsibilities include preparing various performance reports, tracking progress, developing data collection methods, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration or related field is required.
• Experience with budget reconciliation and financial analysis is preferred.
• Strong command of English, punctuation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Measure performance, collect data, analyze results and report findings.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Track and report program and individual performance.
• Develop and oversee data collection methods and databases.
• Prepare the monthly program progress report.
• Present performance and mobility statistics to stakeholders.
• Research best practices in performance measurement at other TMCs.
• Maintain and administer the operator certification program.
• Assist as needed with Control Room Operator duties.
• Support staff interaction and deadline-driven tasks.
