Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises ITS design staff and ensures quality control on projects.
• Develops scopes and fee estimates for tasks.
• Reviews and provides guidance on ITS and traffic engineering plans.
• Supports marketing efforts, proposals, and client interviews.
• Prepares bid documents with fee estimates for marketing.
• Negotiates units and staff hours with clients.
• Oversees project delivery through construction and final acceptance.
