Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Synchro & HCS experience.
• 5–15 years of traffic engineering and analysis experience, including PennDOT familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor transportation engineers on projects.
• Manage a variety of transportation projects with a client-focused approach.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients.
• Provide leadership for project delivery and staff development.
• Support growth of the transportation services department.
• Deliver Traffic Impact Studies, Safety Studies, and related signaling design work.
