Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate required.
• CAD proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD and Guide Sign.
• Experience with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM and Aimsun for operations modeling.
• Experience with Highway Safety Software for safety analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, design and production support for traffic projects.
• Support Project Engineers in traffic signal and illumination design, traffic studies, timing plans and simulations.
• Prepare PS&E plans including signing, striping, signals and illumination; compile reports for agencies.
• Collaborate in a team environment and work independently as needed.
