Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead Traffic Clerk in Olive Branch, MS. The role focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound freight, scheduling, and ensuring accurate BOL documentation while working on the warehouse floor.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of scheduling/planning experience, familiarity with WMS systems (Blue Yonder/Red Prairie/JDA/SAP), and strong Excel skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for an assigned department.
• Freight and Truck scheduling and planning for inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining accurate BOLs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support warehouse operations and capacities.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping/receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (BOLs).
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight across departments.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining security and logs.
