Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and timely communication with clients and drivers.
• Coordinate driver schedules, equipment, and freight with accurate Bills of Lading.
• Ensure shipping/receiving documents are accurate and on time.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
