Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Coordinator. The role is primarily on the warehouse floor with responsibilities spanning inventory verification, data reconciliation, and cross-department coordination.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of warehousing experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on use of WMS/SAP. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and/or Topex; SAP inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of an inventory control coordinator.
• Reconcile data entry into customer system of record and WM system.
• Analyze data for root cause analysis using Excel.
• Monitor SAP IDOC and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between departments on inventory issues for resolution.
• Train new associates and monitor performance.
