NFI Industries is seeking a Traffic Coordinator for a part-time role in New York. You will manage check-in/check-out for trucks, prepare bills of lading, and ensure all shipping paperwork is accurate. The position features three 10-hour shifts on Thursday–Saturday or Sunday–Tuesday.
Responsibilities include handling outbound shipments, data entry in WMS, and maintaining logs and reports. Proficiency with MS Office is needed, and Spanish is a plus.
The Traffic Coordinator will manage the check in/check out process for all incoming trucks and shipments and complete all related documents.
Part-Time: Three 10-hour shifts on either Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $19.00 an HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
