NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Minooka, Illinois to oversee the Dedicated Fleet operation and assist the Project Manager. You will coordinate drivers, plan loads, dispatch, and manage data entry in the TMW system while ensuring timely invoicing and KPI reporting.
The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication, and multitasking; MS Office and TMW experience are highly desired. A base hourly rate of $22.50 with eligibility for a 5% discretionary annual bonus is offered,
The Logistics Coordinator provides overall direction throughout the Dedicated Fleet operation and provides operational assistance to the Project Manager wherever needed.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $22.50/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 5%.
