Job summary

You will set up, monitor, and remove lane closures, direct crews, and ensure safety compliance while mentoring staff. The role requires ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification, a valid driver's license, and 2–3 years of traffic control experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local traffic safety regulations.
• Ability to read road signs, work orders, and safety guidelines.
• Proficient in completing paperwork and project documentation.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily traffic control crews and supervise technicians and flaggers.
• Set up, monitor, and remove temporary traffic control devices and lane closures.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE compliance, and job site safety.
• Provide toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Travel to multiple job sites and maintain equipment.
