Job summary

City Rise Traffic in Westminster, CA seeks a Traffic Control Lead to supervise field crews and ensure safe, compliant work zones. You will execute flagging operations, lane closures, and detours while coordinating with contractors and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver safe, compliant work zones with quality customer service.
• Experience reading traffic control plans and permits is required.
• MUTCD knowledge and Caltrans standards familiarity.
• OSHA certifications and ATSSA certifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise job sites and lead traffic control crews.
• Develop expertise in work zone setup and professional traffic control duties.
• Provide top-tier customer service with on-time arrival and well-managed work zones.
• Implement traffic plans and permits as required.
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Analysis and tailgate meetings.
• Maintain strong onsite client contact and safety emphasis.
• Manage day-to-day work zone setup, maintenance and teardown, meeting client and regulatory expectations.
