Qualified candidates will hold a DOT traffic control certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 5 years of experience in planning and supervising traffic-related work with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must have DOT traffic control certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5 years of experience planning, organizing and supervising all equipment and materials.
• OSHA regulations knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and Branch Fleet policy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates traffic control crew and activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plans and executes traffic control plans per supervisor guidance.
• Preplans daily traffic control schedules, equipment, and materials.
• Maintains proper storage and operation of equipment and materials.
• Ensures compliance with Miss Utility regulations and contract requirements.
• Supports safety program implementation and OSHA compliance at jobsites.
