Responsibilities

• Direct traffic through work zones using stop/slow paddles and signals.
• Set up, maintain, and remove cones, barricades, signs, and barriers.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust traffic patterns as needed.
• Coordinate with flaggers, equipment operators, and supervisors for safe movement.
• Provide courteous, professional direction to motorists and pedestrians.
• Monitor conditions and report unsafe activity or incidents immediately.
• Assist with cleanup and breakdown of traffic control setups.
