Flagger Force, a safety‑driven leader in traffic control, seeks Crew Members to guide traffic in active work zones. You’ll work from home to sites, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; travel to sites.
• MVR review to verify driving record.
• Availability Monday–Friday, as early as 6AM.
• Able to stand 8‑12 hours, walk 1‑2 miles, lift 30‑50 lbs, outdoors.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two‑way radios.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
