Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR review)
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM)
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Approved two-way radios

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists and pedestrians
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
