As a Traffic Control Flagger, you’ll set up and maintain safe work zones, control traffic flow, and work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency. Competitive weekly pay and benefits accompany in-house training and opportunities to move into

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift 30-50 lbs, work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6" tall.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
