Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to safely guide traffic in active work zones and support Crew Leaders. This role involves outdoor work, teamwork, and contributing to public safety while advancing through a structured leadership path.

You’ll start as a Crew Member with clear opportunities to become a Crew Leader in 30–90 days, plus a $500 promotional bonus and overtime options. Comprehensive benefits and in-house training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Drive to and from job sites; rides or drop-offs not permitted.
• Satisfactory driving record; MVR review required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles/day, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoor in varied conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Boots with ankle support (steel-toe or composite-toe).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
