Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched from home to sites, with advancement paths from Crew Member to leadership roles.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and community impact, offering in-house training, a path to supervision, and a $500 promotional bonus upon joining and development bonuses upon promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record per company requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
