RoadSafe Traffic Systems in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites and work zones. You will set up signs, cones, and barricades, communicate with motorists using hand signals and two-way radios, and ensure public and worker safety.

Outdoor work, variable weather, and extended standing are required. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background/Drug tests per DOT, and willingness to travel statewide with occasional nights

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and barricades to divert traffic.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and hand signals.
• Maintain communication with team using radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift items as needed.
• Operate company vehicles and perform routine vehicle checks.
