Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check and drug test are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• ATSSA Flagger training and Defensive Driver training completed or obtained.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel statewide and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and barricades to divert traffic.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Coordinate with team via two-way radios for safety and efficiency.
• Stand and walk for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Transport equipment between job sites using company vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Travel statewide with possible overnight stays as required by projects.
