Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must pass a background check, including motor vehicle records.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements.
• Complete ATSSA Flagger training and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training.
• Willingness to travel statewide, with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow at construction sites and work zones.
• Set up traffic control devices and signs, monitor lane usage.
• Communicate with motorists and team using two-way radios.
• Stand/walk for extended periods outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Operate company vehicles and perform routine vehicle checks.
