RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites and work zones. The role requires alertness, outdoor work in varying weather, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining safety for motorists and workers.

The position is non-exempt and based in the United States, with opportunities to travel statewide as projects require. A valid driver’s license and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and able to pass background and drug tests.
• Must comply with federal DOT requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Will travel statewide with possible overnight stays.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Set up and remove traffic control devices at job sites.
• Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate with team via two-way radios.
• Ensure safety of workers and the public.
• Operate company vehicles for equipment transport.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Work in varying weather and traffic conditions.
