Qualifications

• ATSSA Flagger training certification required or completed.
• DOT safety requirements and ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Willingness to travel statewide and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate with contractors.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow at construction sites and work zones.
• Set up signs, cones, and barricades for safety.
• Operate two-way radios and maintain site communication.
• Meet DOT requirements and complete safety trainings.
• Travel to job sites as required; rotate on-call schedule.
