Job summary

Flagger Force in the United States is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to guide traffic safely in active work zones and support Crew Leaders. The role involves setting up and maintaining temporary traffic control areas and assisting with site safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. You will work outdoors, enjoy teamwork, and have opportunities to advance into leadership positions while receiving paid in-house training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record as per company policy.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
